Leonica Riley Erwin, LMSW, CCTP-II, C-DBT
With over 25 years of experience in child welfare, trauma recovery, and clinical supervision, Leonica created The Social Work Concierge to disrupt systems that ignore or erase the mental health needs of Black Women, other People of Color and the LGBTQ+ community. As a Certified Complex Trauma Professional and survivor of systems herself, she offers a radically affirming space for those ready to evolve, not repeat unproductive patterns of thinking and behaving.
Leonica Erwin, LMSW
With more than 22 years of experience in social work supervision and child welfare services, Leonica is trained in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), motivational interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed care. She is dedicated to helping the community heal from oppression and dismantle systems that harm vulnerable populations.

Our Credentials
Leonica is licensed master social worker and experienced practitioner dedicated to your growth. She is a Certified Complex Trauma Profession (CCPT-II) and Certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapist (C-DBT) who is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
