Code-switching burnout — the fatigue of constantly adjusting how you speak, act, and present to survive in white-dominant spaces
Hair and beauty-based microaggressions — the toll of comments, policing, and scrutiny of your natural hair and appearance

Disability-affirming care: Our virtual model exists because rigid, in-person scheduling isn’t accessible for everyone. Whether you’re managing mobility limitations, chronic illness, chronic pain, or conditions like agoraphobia, telehealth lets you get care from wherever you are.

Neurodivergence-affirming care: Whether you’re autistic, have ADHD, or process the world differently, you won’t be pathologized here—we adapt to how you think and communicate.
